I got these for the postpartum days and they were comfortable enough when I really needed something easy to wear. I was checking my email receipt afterward though, and a few items did feel a little overpriced for what they actually are. Still, they helped some during recovery.

I really wanted to like my order, but the fit was just not it for me 😕 I checked the size chart before buying, and somehow it still ended up too tight in some areas and loose in others.
The material itself was okay, not amazing but not bad either. The bigger issue was the sizing, because it made the whole thing uncomfortable to wear. I don’t think sizing up would’ve fixed the problem.
Shipping was fine, so no complaints there, but now I’m stuck dealing with a return, which is annoying. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the sizing info gets a lot clearer.

Meh. I was hoping for more options, but the selection felt limited. I looked around for what I needed and just couldn’t find it. Bummer.

I ordered from Shop Frida because I thought it would be a cute gift, but once it showed up, it didn’t really have that “ready to give” feeling. The packaging was basic, and the item looked a little less special in person than it did in the photos.
It wasn’t terrible or anything, just kind of underwhelming. I had a feeling I should’ve picked something else, and I probably should’ve trusted that instinct. For the price, I expected the presentation to feel a bit more thoughtful, so I’d maybe buy it for myself, but not again as a gift

The packaging was a letdown. The box showed up looking like it was packed in a hurry, and the items were just sitting in there without much care. No nice wrapping, no little note, nothing that made it feel special. I know the products themselves matter more, but for a site like this, the unboxing should feel better, or at least not make me wonder if someone forgot to finish packing it.

Needed it fixed. Didn’t want a whole back-and-forth. They just got on with it and sorted it quick. No fuss, no drama. Happy with how easy it was.

I tried shopping on shopfrida.com, but it got annoying fast. The menus felt all over the place, and I had to keep clicking around just to find basic things. On my phone, the pages weren’t very clear either, which made it even more frustrating. It kind of felt like nobody had thought about what the customer experience would actually be like. I ended up feeling ignored and gave up before buying anything.

I went on shopfrida.com thinking a bundle would make things easier, but it ended up being frustrating. The options felt confusing, and it seemed like I was being pushed toward items I didn’t actually want. Trying to swap things out wasn’t simple either, which kind of defeats the point of a bundle in my opinion. I figured it would save me time and maybe a little money, but it just felt like too much of a hassle. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Personally, I wouldn’t bother with the bundles unless they make them more flexible.

I’m not totally sure if I bought this during a sale or right before one, but either way it didn’t feel worth what I paid. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot nicer or at least like I was getting more for my money. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of average, and I kept thinking I’d missed something because the cost seemed too high for what showed up. I wouldn’t buy it again unless the price dropped quite a bit

I’ve been impressed with the battery so far. I used it throughout the week and only had to charge it once, which was a nice surprise. Definitely feels like it lasts "way longer" than I thought it would.

I needed a replacement piece for one of my Frida products and was relieved to find it on the site without much trouble. The shipping wasn’t the fastest, but I really appreciated that they offered the spare part so I didn’t have to replace the whole item. It definitely gave me more confidence in buying from Frida again, knowing they make it easy to keep using what you already have. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

Most of the stuff I was looking for was in stock, so I didn’t have no real trouble finding what I needed. One item was missing, but overall it was still easy to shop and check what was available.

When I opened it, the whole thing was dusty and just didn’t feel clean at all. The design is and the colors really pop, but it feels a bit crowded overall. I also wish the details had been explained more clearly, because I was kind of annoyed trying to figure out exactly what to expect.

Maybe it’s there and I just missed it, but for baby stuff I feel like if I have to dig too much, that already makes me nervous. I know not every product needs to spell out every tiny detail, but since it’s for my baby, I just couldn’t get past it. Ended up not using it because it didn’t feel safe enough to me.

It’s really soft and cozy, and my baby seemed to settle down quicker than usual. I figured if it helps them relax and sleep a bit easier, then it was worth getting.

But a couple of the other products were just okay and didn’t work quite as easily as I expected. Shipping was fine, and the website was simple enough to use. I might order again, but probably only if there was something I really needed.
